Having a cute classroom is extremely important. (to me at least!) Honestly, you probably spend more time in your classroom then you do in your own home! When you ENJOY walking into a space, it gives you a great energy to start the day! Teachers Pay Teachers is my FAVORITE FRIEND when it comes to classroom decor! However, I do not make my own products. Let's face it; with being a full time mom AND teacher, I just do not have the time! These are some of my favorites products that I use in my OWN classroom to make it a fun, exciting, safe space for my students to learn!

This is the classroom decor that I use for my classroom! It is BRIGHT and FUN! It has anything you could ever imagine included! I always laminate everything so it stays nice year to year!
These drawers can have many purposes for your classroom! Personally, I use them for centers for both MATH and READING. I Velcro numbers to them, and put a different activity in each drawer. I switch the activities out monthly, and have a schedule of what drawer each student will get each day so they don't have the same drawer more than once.
"Book Buddies" have always been a HUGE hit in my classrooms. We use them during silent reading time or in reading small groups so they have "someone" to read to! I personally use old beanie babies I had stashed away from my childhood, but you could use any kind of stuffed animal.

This dry erase paper has made my word wall so EASY and CUTE. My first few years of teaching I spent way too much time creating words and laminating them for my word wall! It always took me FOREVER! Until I found this GEM! This paper sticks right to the wall and acts as a big dry erase board. You just write your words in dry erase marker and erase them at the end of the year. It's as easy as that!
This door banner has been a cute accent for my classrooms! Just adds a little extra pop of color and gives my students some POSITIVE affirmations when they enter the room for the day!
Magnetic borders are an awesome way to SPICE up your whiteboard and make it look super cute! I choose to use a plain black border, but there are so many different options you can choose from!
This may seem a bit weird to some people but I use a chair like this where my carpet is and where I do most of my teaching! I sit in this chair ALL THE TIME. So I thought to myself, why am I sitting in this uncomfortable, plastic chair when I could be sitting in a soft, comfy one! I invested in one like this that is AWESOME, and I highly recommend.
This one is definitely an investment! But in my eyes it is necessary. In my years of teaching I have found that teaching desks are HUGE and just GET IN THE WAY! To be honest, how often do we actually sit at our desks anyway? This simple desk is the one I have used for years. It is just big enough for all my essentials, and takes up very little space. I know it may seem
expensive, but it is worth it in the long run!
Every classroom MUST have rules! It is important to have the rules posted somewhere in the classroom, for students to visually see! I have used these rule posters for the past several years! There are many to choose from and they come in both colorful and black & white! I HIGHLY recommend.
